At Silkmist, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your cap, we are here to help. Our policy lasts 30 days from the date you receive your item.

1. Return Window

You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. If 30 days have gone by since your delivery, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

2. Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following criteria:

  • The cap must be in the same condition that you received it (unworn and unused).
  • It must have all original tags attached.
  • It must be in the original packaging.
  • You will need the receipt or proof of purchase.

3. Return Process

To start a return, please contact our support team 24/7 at support@Silkmist.shop.

  • Once your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package.
  • Note: Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

4. Return Shipping Costs

  • Defective or Wrong Items: If the product is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, Silkmist will cover the return shipping costs. Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately.
  • Customer Remorse: If you changed your mind, purchased the wrong color, or no longer want the item, you will be responsible for paying the actual cost of return shipping.

5. Restocking Fee

We do not charge any restocking fees on returns.

6. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you if the refund was approved.

  • If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method.
  • Please remember it can take up to 10 business days for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

7. Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
