1. Shipping Territory
We currently only ship to addresses within the United States. We do not offer international shipping at this time.
2. Shipping Costs
- Standard Shipping: Free Shipping on all orders.
- There are no hidden fees or additional taxes added at checkout.
3. Order Processing & Transit Time
To ensure accuracy, every order goes through a processing phase before being shipped.
- Order Cut-off Time: 5:00 PM (GMT-05:00) Eastern Standard Time (New York). Orders placed after this time will be processed the next business day.
- Handling Time: 1–3 Business Days (Monday to Friday).
- Transit Time: 5–8 Business Days (Monday to Friday).
4. Total Delivery Time
The estimated total time to receive your order is:
Total Delivery Time = Handling Time + Transit Time (Typically 6–11 Business Days)
5. Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email notification containing a tracking number. You can use this number to monitor your package’s journey via the carrier’s website.
6. Order Changes and Cancellations
If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us immediately at support@Silkmist.shop. Once an order has entered the shipping process, we may not be able to make changes.
7. Damaged Packages
If your package arrives damaged, please take photos of the packaging and contact us within 48 hours of delivery so we can assist you with a replacement or a claim.
